โ โ โ โ โ 1st ever Starbucks in Kulim Cowboy town. Welldone. Thanks for consider Kulim. Hopefully can sustain the business here so that for those stay nearby Kulim can enjoy the nice coffee in the world. No need traveling so far to Seberang Jaya Butterworth or BM.

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered via Grab, by the it reached home the paper bag was torn plus it was a rainy day. Hold the bags with both hand plus an umbrella on my shoulder. Got stuck at the gate the next thing happened within split seconds and everything fall on the ground. Great!

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service. Barista are not friendly. They forgot to prepared the order, almost 10 minute we need to ask other barista if our order was ready or not. They did not apologise or felt guilty when they know that they forgot our order. Actually I got a lot of bad experience everytime I go there. I hope they can change their attitude.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my 2nd visit to use wifi here with my computer, but I encounter most uncomfortable experience this time. As can see in the picture the table is so sticky, I did ask them to clean but they were assisting other customer at the moment, after that still nothing happen. From my end, I did clean using tissue still even my mouse can't move around smoothly with the table condition. As for wifi password I had to play puzzle for a while in order for me to able to connect (on my first visit). This time I have tried tons of combination, but heehhh. At the end I just gave up and using my hotspot instead.

โ โ โ โ โ I got the Apam Balik cake for takeaway and at first it tasted a bit soury, which is weird cuz itโs salted corn flavored cream. Then only I noticed that the cake already got some mold on the side. Seriously Starbucks??
