★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starhill Is a Luxury Residence came with Affordable unit !! And the affordable unit is sharing all the facilities. Now, a lot of unit rent out to outsider...what type of ppl also got....They always invite their friends come to enjoyed our facilities. ??
And now our condo is so unsecured and totally don't have proper SOP on the condo safety !
IS ....SO Horrible and terrible !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfectly located condo with limited facilities. The place is located not too high on the hill yet well distanced from the main road to avoid getting bothered by the traffic noise without isolating too far away. Lots of cafes and coffee shop nearby mainly targeting student market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My home has been ransacked. Poor security by developer who is the caretaker of the current management. Many residence’s complaint to developer were not addressed. Not a responsible developer! Do not recommend anyone to buy their properties!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starhill luxury Residence is located at gelugor near USM University.. It is very nice building with many facilities including swimming pool, gym, reading hall, communication hall, high balcony views, ping pong tables and many others.. I really recommend to sale or rent in this building it really deserves to pay on it.
