β β β β β No star at all. Delay, bad time management, passenger from Kamunting has no choice to go TBS,Duta. Monopoly but bad services. Change bus at Simpang and treat customer like have no feeling. Worst services ever.

β β β β β Horrible transport company. Poor service. I book my bus ticket within online booking. And will let you choose the seat when you booking. The end, on the spot, they was inform me is FIS. which is random seat. So what point to ask we all choose the seat when we booking at online? I book early and choose the seat i like. But the end is random seat? Is terrible. If like that, what point to let passengers choose seat at online? Another transport company wonβt be like that. And staff not friendly at all. Asking something also like ignore ppl. For my experience, I was take so much transport company before (Grassland, LA Holidays, KPB etc) , But only starmart always the poor service. If passage choose to take starmart, hope the person who choose can enjoy your trips. Terrible.

β β β β β I have never been on such a bad bus, from 11:30 in the morning to 11:30 in Taiping in the evening, the 12-hour ticket seller did not tell me to stop so many stops, drive from larkin terminal at 11:30-skudai bus waiting for people-klia2 release people-kajang The bus terminal will release people-kl bus terminal to change trains and wait for people-time square to release people-duta bus terminal to wait for people-ipoh bus terminal to release people-kuala kangsar bus terminal to release people-to taiping11:30 at night. It's usually 7-8 o'clock in Taiping, you want to make money, don't waste my time with you on the bus for 12 hours, only this time will never take your bad bus, ?????????

β β β β β No star at all.Bad experience on travel in this bus service and I unable to go work work and lost my 1 day paid due to not reach on time at destination.When I took other bus service from Taiping Kamuting To Johor Larkin with 7 to 8 hr journey.On 16/4 I took this stupid bus service took 11 hrs.When selling the ticket mention
1.Non stop service
2.I buy single seat
On the traveling day mention is free seat and I lost my single seat but I still can acceptable on seating level.On the traveling mention is non stop service but from Taiping bus go to
*Kuala Kangsar
*Ipoh
*Gopeng
*KL
*Melaka
*seremban
*kulai
and last each at larkin.
Didnβt keep their promise at all.When I saw the online platform there r so much time slot to plan our journey.pls donβt get cheat by this bus service
Iβm totally not recommend this bus service for our journey planning.

β β β β β Please don't let your family and friends use this bus. It's one of the worst out there in Malaysia. Drivers take their passengers to sketchy repair/refueling places without telling anything to passengers, make passengers wait doing absolutely nothing while the bus just parks there not moving. Starmart also tends to force passengers to change buses without prior notice. Sometimes even 2-3 times changing bus. The bus quality is okay but please expect to add another 2-4 hours to your average bus trip if you have to use this bus provider.
It's terrible. It really is.

β β β β β Worst experience I never had. I bought the ticket online one month ago. The staff didnβt tell us it is free seat until we abroad the bus and our seat was seated. Not only that, the bus delay for two hours from 8pm to 10pm. Unfriendly staff as well, a Malay aunty just said `We always like thatβ when I asked why it was free seat. When the bus was lated, I asked the staff `is it being late?β She replied`lewat lahβ. Then what the purpose is for being so early to buy the ticket online? This doesnβt make sense.PLEASE DO NOT BUY THE TICKET FROM THIS COMPANY.

β β β β β Worst service ever, from 2 bus express combine in 1 bus persiaran. We pay for executive seat but got seat for bus persiaran. Not comfortable at all if you got long journey when used bus persiaran.
2nd time i facing this issue. Please help to improve your service. Passenger got no choice because your company only travel from Taiping to TBS.
Plus this bus company always late and got many drop point. Estimated from Taiping to TBS only 4 hours but when got many drop trip always delay to reach destination. Please please please improve your service.

β β β β β I booked a 4.30pm bus from Awana genting bus station to Taiping and it takes almost 9 hours for me to reach my destination. I wasn't able to understand why need to take so long. It wasn't a traffic jam it just the bus keep stopping at bus stop . I still need to change another bus during the ride. I waited almost 1 hour for the bus to come. The bus condition is also very not good. Bad seat, dirty and rubbish all around. I had a very bad experience and I would never take the service again. I wouldn't recommend anyone to have their service
