Bought 9 qty outdoor LED lightnings for dividing wall. After installation, they started to failed or short-circuited after a while..so much trouble. End up changing all of them. Waterproofing quality is bad. Disappointing buy.

[Can Move, It’s Okay] For me to share a negative review for my buying experience, it really hard and not easy. As myself, I am in the service line, therefore I can understand for being in the service is not easy at time especially dealing with difficult customer. What I want to emphasize is not about how much you sell, it is when the products or services have problem, how the staffs are there to help and support you when we facing problems. That what make the customer felt valuable and further enhance the royalty to come back for you. Sure, interm of selling, they are good for what they are selling but what about aftersale? First, I must say, the product we bought is a new product and we have purchased 4 units of the same model ceiling fan and not like the rest, 1 of it obviously has problem. The company finally decided to exchange 1 to 1 product after we as buyer being “insult” and pain process before able to change. During the conversation, with the person, I believe he is the supervisor based on he carries himself, he merely said “as long can move, it okay, nobody really care the small little detail as not noticeable is only we (technician) aware”. 1 of the ceiling fan motor is wobbly compare to the other 3. It is obvious in the eyes of technician but for the shop supervisor to even say that, that because the ceiling fan not fix at his house! If item not fix on earlier stage, it may cause more issue. Malay got a saying “lama lama jadi Bukit”, I do not want the item purchase cause bigger issue than it is, it if falls to someone head, is your company going to bear the responsibility? The crux part of the exchange is the overall feeling on how genuine you take care your customer. It is not by insulting them. The item purchased has warranty and consumer has the right of exchange when item has issue. You may win of your clever debate of your conversation skill, but you have lose the faith of the customer toward you. Is it worth it? Think about it? Grateful of them, I learn something very important from them today. It not what you sell make the difference, it how you make us feel that make the long term investment between the connection with the Company and you. Wishes the Company all the best of their business. They take it as feedback or a negative review is up to their choice. I just merely a passerby “customer” being there to share 5 cents worth of thought to contribute toward 5 cents worth of their growth. ???

Lots of lighting options to choose from. Good selection of fans can be found on Level 2. Was pleasantly surprised to find some really new designs that weren't available in Singapore. Wallet-friendly. Recommended.

Great variety of range of lighting. Service was excellent n pricing was competitive. During installation they are punctual and technician exhibit great professionalism. Highly recommended. To my opinion that is the best lighting shop in that area.

Service is good, variety of lighting is many as well. Been coming back to this same shop for 4 to 5 years.
