★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kerusi jati mudah patah baru pakai seminggu sudah patah.. layanan masa beli bole la ramah tapi bile minta perbetulkan kerusi yg di beli tadi sudah patah.. layanan macam tiada adab.. kalau bole cari jelah tempat lain selain kedai ni.. dan sampai sekarang kerusi yang patah rosak ini tidak di perbetulkan.. haram perniagaan macam ni
 The teak chair is easily broken, only used for a week, it's broken .. the service at the time of purchase is friendly, but if you ask to fix the chair I bought earlier, it's broken .. the service seems rude .. if you can, look elsewhere besides this shop .. and until now This broken chair is not fixed .. this kind of business is illegal

The service is poor and the attitude is even worse. Nothing is wrong when you don’t buy it. If you have any questions, you can answer the questions. As a consumer, what we want is to solve the problem. The first oil wood is not good ??????

Pre-Sales: Not consistent with package
Delivery: Keeps delaying and FORGOT TO BRING SCREWS when came for installation
After-Sales: Did not resolve the issue of bed not fitting into bed-frame resulting in DIY as seller stopped answering messages and calls

Service is so so, questions asked were answered with non-confidence tone. Make me doubt with those items that shown in catalogue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This the worst furniture shop I’ve ever been to . Don’t ever step in into this shop . We bought 6 chairs from this shop and the seller ( there’s this one rude uncle) ,he told me that all the chairs are new and end up selling us the used chair but with a little bit of touch up . Even the touch ups wasn’t professional. They’ll delay to send u the things and give reasons again and again and after the chairs arrive , not even a month ,one of the chair starts to shake … almost broken and when I bring the chairs back to her , she ( one lady in the shop ) gave reasons that she’ll do it later on . Worst shop and you will never be satisfied.
