On 1st March ETS from KL to BWORTH stop at Taiping, one uncle stuck at arrival gate and nobody helps him. The Indian and Malay polis bantuan just sit down and focus on their phone. The indian guy shouted "PAKCIK BELAKANG LINE SIKIT!!"... and continue watching his phone... disappointed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and nice, very convenient. Can get your ticket here, but I always book ticket online, after you wait inside, there is a toilet and surau, toilet RM0.30 per entry. Car park alway full, passengers like to park their car here and take the train, I think the car park need to expand larger. My train is 0554am to KL Sentral.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of must-go places for train manias. Access to platform No.1 is very easy due to no steps. It would be much more appreciated if there is a cafe or food court inside the train station.

A spacious trains station that still keeps much of its classic side.
A variety of facilities and clean. Staff is helpful too. Plenty of parking is available in the station too.
