★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komuter time schedule should be posted at least at 3 different locations!
Easy to read and understand, in accordance of layman, from all walks of life as young and old uses them.
It should be boldly posted with big letters, not small, not Cheap method- be PROUD of what services KTM renders, not substandard Post!!
Time are wasted, just to queue up and to ask!!
That's 3rd Class mentality!!
To the KTM management, your work display shows your attitude towards what KTM has to offer!!
The Question is when will you all improve as Seremban KTM is no more a KAMPUNG Station!!
Or are you all so thick skin, just refuse to change, buta Gaji or just useless!!!
Change la for betterment, we are paying you for good service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old colonial building extended and renovated to acommodate for the ever increasing train passengers.Park by the side of main road.Parking at night and weekends are not a problem but park at your own risk of being crushed during office hours and week days. Could do with a canteen to cater for commuters and families waiting to board the train.I imagine families getting soak when it rains

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Only Railway Station in Seremban and the Management doesn't seems to have the Pride in managing it!!
No REAL PROPER TIME TABLE FOR KOMUTER SERVICES!
Should be placed at atleast 2 different areas, should be able to be downloaded easily!
But, they will tell you the Timetable is at their Website- Haiyo, go and check yourself la, cannot download, 3 different timings and NOT at all Friendly to the users!!
Why complicate matters if you want revenue/ Profit?
Why give upper six services and make Public Suffer?
I hope you are able to read and Understand this as it's in English, not Bahasa Malaysia!!
Please don't use Google Translate as you won't get the Correct meaning!
Or you can hire me for English to BM translation...for better understanding!
Please be Professional, please make sure you are giving good service for what we are paying for!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Please upgrade the toilet and locate the toilet beside the platform area...so that, people will not simple pee inside the car lift..
2. Please upgrade the platform flooring. It is not relevance anymore to use the bricks because of the instability of the surface can cause people to slip and fall while chasing the commuter train.
3. The lift also too far from the entrance. It is hard for the wheelchair user/OKU to use the facilities.Need upgrade.
The best example of the upgraded facilities at KTM NILAI station...in term of flooring, washrooms, cleanliness, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing great to speak , it has been like that ever since I knew that station, nothing has been up keep, dirty , service issliw and bad. Wonder why the management done nothing to beautify the station, cut grass , add lighting , improve the surrounding of the station ?, even train is depilation conditions especially the window panels !, why wait until mishap happens or take place then take actions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sad place with a high historical value but is underatedly promoted. At least 1 of the turnstiles will not work during peak hour and the eating place is gloomy. Depending on your luck, u might get a friendly customer service at the counter. Taxi services available at all time and easy for ehailing ride too.
However, the prayer room is well ventilated and suffices size for commuters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One side of this station is from the British era! Station has a couple of shops beside the platform no. 1.
Both the platforms are well connected with bridge along with lifts.
Platform 2 needs to be repaired.
