★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve always been trying to shed my belly fat and tighten & tone up my flabby arms but my repeated attempts fell flat. I felt depressed and unhappy and when I’m unhappy I tend to binge on junk food. It’s been a vicious circle and I was about to call it quits when a friend recommended Studio A!
It’s been two months since I started working out under the guidance of dedicated and committed trainers. I now feel lively and energetic and my body feels a lot lighter and I’ve toned up remarkably in a short space of time.
Besides, at Studio A you’re never likely to feel lonely—weekly hikings, get-togethers, friendships and great trips are the extras and perks that keep you active, happy and healthy. For me, Studio A is synonymous with health, endurance and fitness; it’s a one-stop centre that meets all my needs!????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always having been afraid of strength training .. Studio A gave me an amazing and comfortable platform to start from scratch from. Not only are there multiple classes to choose from, they go out of the way to help you out with any personal requirements, there are also multiple activities planned throughout the year. In a month I already saw a difference in my physique!
Much much recommended if you’re in JB.

Alexys and her team helped me a lot to get fit again and to find fun in sports again. After a shoulder injury, I was looking for a trainer who would help me move my shoulder again. Alexys has an absolute eye for whether the posture is right and whether you are moving correctly. She created the perfect training plan for me and made sure that it was followed. Not only did I regain function in my shoulder, but I was also able to build muscle.
Now that I'm back in Johor Bahru I'm training at Studio A again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Studio A is more than a fitness centre. It’s a family gym, well organised, clean and hygienic. It’s a place filled with positive energy. The ladies I workout with are so supportive and we are like family.
Alexys , the founder of Studio A is a wonderful human being who aspires to motivate and inspire people to have a strong mental and physical well being.
As a foreigner, the support I received from Studio A and it’s members were beneficent. ? I miss Studio A and my friends ♥️♥️♥️ 5 stars is too less for the happy times I had in Studio A.
