β β β β β Poor staff had to work the counter, get orders and prep the food; while the other staff just watched and ate at the back, not offering any sort of help.
Might have been her lunch hour, but itβs horrible to see such work ethics.
Giving it one star only because the food is great, but watching this is just a failure in management.

β β β β β No SOPs, customer has to fill up the order paper themselves. Instead why not doing it online? We have to clean the dining table ourself, not given sanitizer to clean as stated. Food was great with generous stuffing.

β β β β β Services can be improved upon. Quite stingy on the ingredients portioning and unable to wrap well. Even with smaller portions of ingredients than other stuff'd outlets, the wrap broke.

β β β β β Very good staff. Welcomed us even when we are standing outside reading the menu. Take away a Kebab to try. It was nice and spicy. Wrapped nicely. The store seems clean. Prices are average. There's also sitting area if you would like to done in. Might come and try again next time.

β β β β β Took away salad ? to expect some greenish, less greasy, detoxing dinner but it turns out to be quite greasy. Not really a healthy choice but portion is good

β β β β β Food portion and service is good, saw some previous reviews for this shop, so i decided to left my review. My food was served fast and even the staff forget to put one of the ingredient for me, they just top up immediately for me. I didnβt finish the onion because its a bit spicy when i chew it. Besides, i would suggest the sweet potato dont put at fridge, but just put under room temperature. Overall its good for my visit βΊοΈ
