★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk service is great. However, the technician didn't glue back my phone properly. Luckily I've checked before I left.
And back at home, my phone didn't turn off while charging until next morning. Apparently under the developer option, the technician forgot to turn it off.
I'll say technician at this service center is not professional with poor workmanship.
Spent over 3k on a Samsung phone and it turns yellowish within a year, is one of the reason I came. Unfortunately, its "normal" according to them.
Even my cheapest phone looks better after 2 years if compared side by side. I feel a bit scammed into getting Samsung premium phone.
After owning with history of 10 devices like phones, watch and tablet from Samsung, perhaps its time to look into other brand after 10 years. Real disappointment, Samsung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently sent my Samsung S20 Ultra for repair on "green screen" issue. As it has just exceeded warranty period, I had to pay a hefty sum for the replacement of the screen. However, after replacement of the screen, my mobile's front camera which was originally fine, became blur. Upon returning to the service center, I was informed that it is now the motherboard issue. There was not even an attempt at repairing my mobile, but simply by just switching on/off and claiming that my mobile heats up quickly (which is another common issue I read from user feedback on the web). I have been a loyal Samsung mobile phone user for more than a decade despite starting off with Apple. The experience with this model and also the service from this center have been highly disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, only one counter open and one customer before me and I need to wait for 1 and half hour. The customer service don't really pay attention to my problem and just simply write a report escalate my problem to samsung

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went at lunch time. On Tuesday 25th January. Only one personnel at desk, rest were out to lunch n one terminal was out of order. A very polite young man checked the phone and offered good advise. Very patient with us too. I cannot recall his name, but remember he hailed from Pekan..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will like to compliment Mr Han, Ms Zikin and the technician for their wonderful service, and they were informative with smartphone issues.
Apparently, I needed a screen replacement for my a80 urgently, and their team was capable at resolving the issue in 2 days time. After sending in my phone for service, it felt great to pick it up the next day.
Overall, I am satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. my phone samsung a32 5g still under warranty and is only 5 months old. i send in the phone for 3 times for the same problem and cant be solve and the customer service give me the same report that they did that cant solve my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This 1u service centre did not help to resolve the problem but simply reset the whole phone without explaining to us that they didnt just reset the possible root causing apps but the whole phone. Why would we spent the few hours there for them to just do the whole phone reset while we can just it ourself at home!
