Nice place. Strategic location for family. But the management process for elevator emergency is disappointing. It takes an hour to get you out when you get stuck.

The worst hotel or suite i've ever stay. The curtain is very dirty and can see a lot of stain. The sofa also dirty and leather was peel of and cracking. The balcony also dirty and can see the plant is growing on the floor. The aircond also not so cold in master room and 2nd room, we cant sleep at all because is very warm and no ceiling fan at all. Toilet a bit smelly.

The room is great. But there are few things happened during our travel. 1) Safety box cannot open. They only suggest to pass our belongings to hotel staff at level 10 to keep. 2) Parking card need to verify at level 10 before out from hotel 3) Breakfast - first day only one menu (sausage, hash brown, toast bread, omelette & baked beans). When we asked other menu, the manager said we only have one, tomorrow will prepare something special for us. Second day, we waited for half an hour to get the "special" menu which is Nasi Lemak. Actually they purposely serve late because they want to wait other customers leave. They don't want them to know that we are eating different menu. The drinking juice all taste worst, like expired product being serve to customers. 4) The manager didn't apologize. The staff even said we can give the review for the service.

i was happily bringing my family to travel to see the photos and reviews, so I booked this Suasana Suites Bukit Ceylon but the stay experience was really bad! We came here at 1 o’clock to check in. He said it was cleaning and waited for 2 o’clock to check in. We thought it was ok. We just waited. As a result, there were 2 o’clock. He said that it was more than half an hour because of lack of manpower. We were considerate of her waiting for 3 o’clock. In the end, he asked us to wait another half an hour❓ and so on until 6 o’clock. ️‼ ️The big speechless incident, his wife asked us to go out for a walk and then said that if we want to return the goods, I would like to ask you to waste most of my time waiting from 1 o'clock to come back at 6 o'clock.‼ ️Then let me choose a refund? Do you have any serious illness ?❓ The lobby at the beginning was super dirty! ‼ ️Really very very super not recommended to come here‼ ️ ‼ ️If you have Buddhism‼ ️toilet so dirty‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ so geli

Hi! Suasana Suites Bukit Ceylon : We had had one of the worst experience here. Here's some improvements point for the management team to be considered: 1. To provide more parking spot for visitors : There was no available parking spot when we arrived & was rudely asked to wait for the spot by the security (30 minutes of waiting). 2. To make sure the room is ready by 2pm-3pm (check-in time as stated in the booking confirmation is at 2pm) : We arrived at 6pm but to our surprise, our room was not ready. We were asked to wait for 1 hour but the room was only 'ready' by 730pm (1 hour & a half of waiting) 3. To have a proper reception if possible : There was no designated area for waiting as the lobby was in a cafe. Imagine having to wait for 1.5 hours here with children. 4. To make sure the room is really ready for the customer : The floor is sticky & there's no towel in the room. When we asked for one, we're told to wait for another 1 hour because the towel is being washed. 5. General improvement : All service crew should always be polite & knows how to deal with customer. We observed that even among the workers, they shouted at each other which in our opinion is not giving a good impression at all. Other than that, we enjoyed the rest of the stay as the facilities & the design of the room was superb with price tag of +-MYR500/night. It's a shame not to improve these basic things, the way we see it, the place is excellent but the management need to improve certain things as mentioned above. Warm regards, Concerned customer

Clean, modern and a comfortable stay. Scenic pool area and café. Sauna and gym facilities. Toast Box and Breadstory on ground floor. Also Pampas for proper dining. Furkid friendly! Affordable especially for larger families (the larger units). Only issue is the guest lifts which are quite slow in comparison to other similar stays.

Very poor thuggish security. Bang and ring door bell at 3.30am waking my family up regarding nonexisting noice. Complain to management office, no apology and replied with their security jobscope. Crazy. Dont feel safe living here. Mentally disturb guard named ahmad.

I tried calling the front office to book. the person answering the call was rude, particularly because she was busy manning the counter. time of call: 3.15pm today. I havent book but i think i dont have to book to a place where rude people work. I was just asking about available rooms; she simply said, you can book online or i can call you back (without asking my number) and hung up. wow.
