★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place in city center but so crowded you wont have peaceful stay. So many kids. A lot of noise at night.
Terrible service here. They are ignorant and room service not really clean. Just change the bed sheet. Not for long term stay not recommended. You will suffer with noise issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice deco room.. clean and bathroom big and clean, just no provide toileries set when i check in and no extra towel , near to go bukit bintang.. just walk only, view menara kuala lumpur, parking rm5 valid for 1 day, must pay if want go everytime want go out.. tv have youtube and netflix if u have own account.. easy becoz have microwave and sinki with soap .. aircond so cool, lighting ok nice, can repeat if i want..

Cons:
1) Bad customer service, no response nor reply message.
2) Cleanliness is the worst, there are stain on the bedsheet and A LOT RANDOM HAIR on the bed. What's more!!! There are a lot cockroaches!!! OMG big and small roaming around like their own home (make us the intruder)
3) Draining system in the bathroom is bad, the water does not drain immediately. Instead, pooling there don't know for what and might spill out and cause the whole bathroom in water.
4) Infinity pool active schedule is a mess. Visit twice but being told out of service as we went during the pool that should be active.
Pros:
1) Good for IG photo as there are few nice garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to choose when you wanted to have a good vacation in KL. The price is consider reasonable (around RM200+/night, 2 person)
Can see good view from ur room & their pool view are fantastic too! The room & toilet are clean. Around 10mins walking distance to Changkat (bar street)
I enjoy a lot at their gym room as well!! Facilities are all good

Disappointed with lift. Small space due to social distance could only occupy 3 person. Have to wait long time, as it not only for vacationers but it's residents.

Most staff was kind and nice.
Wish the hygiene was a bit better.
- bed sheets are stained
- we had to clean the room ourselves after arriving.
- no clean place to hang your clothes
- service is mixed per provider
- thin walls without soundproofing
- elevator traffic jam everyday
- epic roof garden has some mosquitoes (this is normal)
- everything closes too early
- facemask policy sucks
- dirty stains on window seating
- dirty pillow on bed
All things considered its a nice place for groups of friends. Not so much for super hygienic people that need privacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful and reasonably priced hotel. Good location in city. No daily cleaning also no breakfast. They do have a laundry service. Beautiful view from the room we purchased. Also from the bar at the top floor. We were on floor 35. (The photo is a view from our room at night)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great great hotel. Receptionist staff are friendly. Sky pool is good-huge KL Tower can be seen & one (half) of the KLCC twin tower can also be seen. Have 5 open little gardens with different themes for you to enjoy scenery. Price is affordable. A must visit hotel!
