Pros:
Good Facilities. (Cinema, Karaoke, Gym, Function Room, Badminton Court, Swimming Pool, Aqua Gym, multiple Playgrounds, BBQ Pit, Elevated Garden, Reading Room etc)
Entry via registered vehicle registration plate on mobile app.
Booking and access to facilities via mobile app
Parcel locker for couriers, safe and perfect for people at work. The system is connected to mobile app which will notify you regarding the parcel registered under your unit number and provide the passcode needed to unlock it.
Management is responsive, effectiveness of management yet to be experienced.
Cons:
Proper U-Turn (if coming from Batu Kawan Industrial Park/Highway) is at least 1km away and has a traffic light. Unofficial U-Turns are either against the road (the turn into Design Village) or at the end of the road (where there is frequent traffic turning into the lane)
With how the booking system is currently, its possible to book multiple slots in a row, which can be inconsiderate towards other residents.
Limited lifts for the density of residents. (3 resident and 2 service lifts for approx 30 floors of around 15 units each)
