β β β β β A very convenient coffee shop for me as I'm Suasana's resident with walkable distance across link bridge. Ambient environment, nice taste coffee, and their pan mee not bad coz got prawn sambal. I think it will be one of my hotspot after I move in.

β β β β β new place at batu kawan, nice and cozy environment. quite spacious inside. by the way there are quite some flies around in the cafe.
food taste good, price reasonable as cafe price. but unexpected there is no serviette or napkin supply. we were told to get a pack of tissue paper at counter for 40 cents per pack.
WiFi is not open to customer in the cafe. the area has very limited network (I am using maxis and unifi). both no coverage and I am not able to use ewallet for payment, end up need to use cash. hopefully owner can open WiFi for customer use.
free parking for 1st hours, rm1.20 for subsequent hour.

β β β β β This consider local style kopitiam with Hong Kong cha chan teng style. They serve variety of bread, local food like chicken rice, pork rice, nasi lemak, hokkien mee, pan mee and etc. The price consider reasonable and the taste okok only. Love the drink (nutmeg), it's thick and not diluted. Overall consider not bad.

β β β β β A great place to grab a quick eat for the day.
Their coffees are just unique to the point that 1 is not enough. It doesn't get better than that.
Place does get noisy and bustling during peak hours. Limited seating as tables are just not enough to cater for the amount of customers.
Moderately priced with decent portions.
Luckily the parking was free for the first hour or patrons would not flock into this branch.

β β β β β Two straight lunch having here. One dine in. One take away. Food is nice. Drinks is nice. Lack of one star due to the fact the food that I been waiting for takeaway have been ready for awhile and did not give to me. Instead I have to go in after 20minutes to check on them. Not very good, forgetting takeaway client.
