β β β β β Today 31st October 2021. Saw in the advertisement say can dine in so went there but staffs said cannot dine in because he say so. RUDE male staff. I tried to ask him why canβt dine in when your advertisement shows can dine in. He didnβt try to explain it but in a rude manner he say cannot because he say so,( wah your staffs decide not Subway) Then donβt put it in your advertisement saying can dine so MISLEADINGLY. Remove the dine in allow please.

β β β β β Rude staff at Subway Autocity Penang. Staff was not trained well to do public relation service with customers and did not follow customerβs requests as allowed in the Foodpanda app and wrote rude comments on customerβs food. Where is your professionalism in dealing with customers?!!! Their comment on the food about selecting sauce of different colors is ridiculous and unreasonable as customers can choose whatever sauce they want and they have to agree with customerβs choice. When called the store, a staff answered and defended her action for writing the rude comments and was rude with no apology and accused customer of not choosing the sauce right and by right here mean the sauce should be of 3 different colors! What a crazy requirement decided by the staff out of madness! Never buy from this store until they remove rude staff!

β β β β β rude staff, 3 guys manning the counter. i had to repeat my order more than 3 times for them to get my order right.
i particular short staff looks like chinese was the rudest.
since they keep asking for my order, i placed my hand on the glass counter to tell them what i wanted, i was asked to remove my hands fr the counter in a very rude manner.
i had to tell him that i m the customer and he should not be rude with me.
then he shut his mouth. please educate your staff to be polite with customer.
