One of the staff came and told him the menu I wanted but he take chicken teriyaki then I correct him and for vegetables still he did mistake and add on some other . Need to improve the quality and training for the staff . But I still pay for the sandwich but i never bought the sandwich with me . Really a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally the quality of service is good but is pretty slow sometimes. (Sandwiches often go through ordering, baking and dressing one by one, and especially baking is mostly time consuming as there has only one oven but there's a lot of subs queueing behind.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was okay until I ordered chicken cutlet foot long. It didn't have any meat taste, it's awful with slightly bitter taste. Furthermore, its texture is spongy like a bread.
