★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favorite Subway amongst the many I've been to. Free WiFi courtesy of Tesco Mall, accepts credit cards - every other outlet doesn't seem to. The staff usually serve generous portions, and are a nice bunch. I have to risk going through a traffic jam to get here, when there is another closer to me - but it's a cost I am willing to bear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is same as other subway. Ample parking space provided by kepong village mall. Subway usually not crowded. Why 3 stars? Not because of subway. But people eating here seems not care of taking their leftovers to the bin. They just leave it on the table hoping the staff will clean it for them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are two staff work today. The one who serve is didnt wear spectacle. The way he talk to customer is unfriendly and rude. And when i ask why he cant to talk with a better way. He told me that he used to talk like this and didnt apologise at all. Bad images with tesco kepong subway. Management pls take some action to train your staff quality. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chinese boy working there was really rude. Returned me the wrong change and have to close the cash register so hard when I ask for the change like so unhappy and unwilling. Food portion very stingy as well. Please train your staff properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered using food panda today and added one scoop of avacado. When the food arrived, to my surprise, they put the vegetables at the bottom and the meat on top. By right they should put the meat first, cheese then only the vegetables on top. Not to mention they are so stingy with the meat portion, eh hello I am not on a diet. I ordered before at the desa park branch and they give a generous portion of meat. Ok fine. Then I tried to look for the avacado, at first I thought they forgot to put in the avocado in but then I realize the avacado was like a butter spread thinly right below the lettuce. The avacado was supposed to be one SCOOP, not one spread.
Since this branch is just near my house I wanted to go over and make a complaint but since it is MCO I did not. Very bad experience and I will never order from this branch anymore, If possible I will give zero stars.
