★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight we bought smoked chicken and the new meat stack. Noted that the person who served us (Ameen) put few chunks only for smoked chicken. Not even fully filled the scope used.
I addressed the issue, but he said that memang banyak macam tu and did nothing to fixed it. This is not my first time buying a subway and I it never ever this few.
Horrible experienced. To future customer, better go and buy from other Subway branch nearby (Seremban 3, Aeon S2, Palm Mall) or u will regret with your decision to come here.

Theres customer and still not bothered to decrease the volume of their song, i had to shout what i wanted..on top of that, the cashier is kinda deaf i think...they just talk n sing like their father owns the shop....didnt even feel like getting anything else, even though i was planning to grab a drink n a cookie... Superb customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was absolutely horrible , no greeting curtly told what bread was not ready .made sour face like I was disturbing Her doing something important considering that it was only 1130 am and was only customer in the shop; no thank you or come again- not coming back to subway seremban prima ever again ...klia 2 is much better despite the volume that they see
