โ โ โ โ โ Sorry to say this but since i looks at the past reviews from customers they also mentioned about bad customer service & yes its really happened to me today. Staff at this branch ambik order muka garang tengok macam tak puas hati, his explanation also tak jelas. As they work there mesti korang tahu not everyone know how to orders so please be nice & explain details, thats your job anyway. Music kuat sangat sampai i tak dengar apa dia cakap even i sendiri pun kena kuatkan suara i. Train how to greets customers pls bcs first impression is very important. Im just rating for the bad services only, the food all good. Tq.

โ โ โ โ โ Fastfood restaurant near to Giant, Nilai. This restaurant so clean and tidy. Unluckily during this MCO 2.0, we can't dine in here, only take away or delivery via Grab or Food panda. Luckily they got a staff name Afiq that help me to choose a few sauce for my daughter's order. His recommendation is good and my daughter can finish her meal all (she rarely used to eat Subway). So keep it up boy, doing a good servicing to customers.
