β β β β β Staffs are so lazy as well as negligent. there were flies ON the food and the trays however the workers were unbothered and did not take any action. Sandwiches were poorly wrapped and packaged. Once you open the wrap all the ingredients are spilled. If you are in a hurry to somewhere or in need of something refreshing? this isn't the place for you. Slowest service that I've ever experienced.

β β β β β The staffs there are very unfriendly. This was my first time there and was really disappointing. The staffs are not welcoming at all. They even rolled their eyes when I was ordering and didn't even give me time to think. Rushing me to order. Not only that, I said I have no small change and the cashier rolled her eyes again. Really bad experience and they are very rude. Wouldn't recommend.

β β β β β We have never been wrong when we decided to eat here. What makes the place different is they allow us to customise our sandwiches, but under their control. Which means we have the liberty to choose what to be added into our sandwiches, but the staff will do the adding. They simply know how much the amount of each ingredient to be added. The end result will definitely stun you in the first bite. The price could be somewhat pricey, but it goes well with the quality.

β β β β β This is my first time eating at Subway in Mydin Mitc. Comfortable place. This black papper meat burger is really tasty and filling. A variety of vegetable menus you can choose it as a topping in the burger. So is the bread you can choose. Similarly, there is water available, buy 1 cup and can refill

β β β β β Unfriendly staff. Staff seem to be lazy. So what happened was that the staff just chuck the jalapeΓ±o in the middle of the sandwich. Who does that man? And as for cucumber she took 3 1st and end up putting only 2. The slice were thick. I did ask the staff to spread the jalapeΓ±o but she did not. Over all not a nice experience.

β β β β β Standard service and quality you would expect from a Subway. Considering its in Melaka, Subway have managed to retain its quality.
The staffs are friendly.
The store is clean and cool. Location of outlet near the entrance of the Mall, makes it a convenience.
