★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usual subway outlet. Staff kind of have no respect to customer especially the girls. I'm not listening what they say because of their loud music in the premise. They laugh right on your face when I can't listen clearly what they say. They should say clearly to the customer instead laugh. Have some respect please. This matter not only happen once to me but twice. At least they should tone down their music little bit and management should consider give the staff training about customer experience. Lousy experience indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 23/3/2022 at 9 PM I went to this outlet with friends and were greeted with an unpleasant gaze by the staff behind the counter, despite her wearing a mask and all. We went in and bought food from them but only managed to just buy cookies and chips since they've already cleared the food at the counter. We decided to sit there but the female staff on duty was 'clearing' things noisily, arranging the chairs with a huff and we could hear her cursing "Babi" repeatedly under her breath, since she was 'cleaning up' right by our table. The restaurant music was noticeably raised louder, making it difficult for us to have a conversation. I respect people who work at retail and F&B service, but this type of attitude and behaviour is unacceptable. We weren't even planning to stay that long, either. But that was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had at a Subway outlet. Don't go to this place. It has terrible service and staff.
