โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service. Every time i visit the outlet, the staff are always fooling around. Ordered through Grab, on 5 different occasions i have either missed or received wrong items. Never have issues with other Subways around Putrajaya/Cyberjaya, only this one. When other Subways in Putrajaya have closed, I am willing to even order from Subway Cyberjaya with double delivery fees just to avoid ordering from Subway Alamanda.

โ โ โ โ โ ordered a food panda pickup by customer while sitting at the table( because i have a voucher). as soon as the order is requested, one of the staff canceled the order and the other staff knew nothing to do except asks where is the foodpanda customer. they were supposed to not ask questions but to just do thier work because payment have been made. i asked why they canceled my order and the staff clearly doesnโt know how to reply me. few mins later the staff told me that the cookies i ordered is still warm and it shocked me because by the time i arrived at the restaurant, the cookies were full in the tray. very poor service. need to do much training abt the foodpanda stuff clearly all the staff knew exactly nothing abt how foodpanda works.

โ โ โ โ โ I got a rude and moody counter staff today. could be from the kitchen himself because whrn i arrived no one was available at the front counter. Slamming the oven door loudly to show his displeasure at who knows what. Not a way to serve customers, boy.

โ โ โ โ โ Dealing with rude staff today. I donโt appreciate my subways bun was not cut in half but less than the portion I supposed to get. The bulgogi chicken and teriyaki chicken was also not put as much as the subway at other branch (enjoyed most at subway metro kajang). Or ur sop is different ? The add on mushroom (RM2 per scoop) was also not put one scoop but only half. I observed everything that she did. When i did ask for extra olive ( as i dont want cucumber or tomato), she ignored my request BUT I repeat it again ( she rudely put the olive with such ignorant face ). And all my subway sandwiches were not write up which make it difficut for me to identify which one is mine or my nieces). Ohh btw the staff is female. YES you! So, i dont recommed this subway at Alamanda for anyone to receive proper subway portion or service that u should get with that amount of money u pay. Sekian !

โ โ โ โ โ Terribleee.. ordered mac n cheese for my kid, turned out the most horrible mac and cheese i have ever seen, they gave only half the portion/bowl, and it looks more like a mashed potato than a mac n cheese.
They got my order wrong for the rest of the order and they barely put sauce in the sandwich, despite request , and only half of the vegies options are available.
Most terrible subway outlet i have ever been to, avoid!

โ โ โ โ โ Only 3 sauce is allowed to be choose. Not more than that. Other outlet so much better. Can choose as many as we want. Only Alamanda restricted their choice of sauce to be put on/in our bun.
