★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely dirty store. I felt that the staff here are too lazy to do their Job. Tables are dirty and not cleaned or sanitised. Also the food here doesn’t look fresh and very badly handled by the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be good but recently the staff attitude was very bad. The way they put in the sauce either too little at the corner or too much. Can see they don't have spirit to work. While now there're no customer they don't even bother to clean up the table. All flies fly around. That's so disgusting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on the low reviews - this is the place I go to for the last resort if there is nothing else available in the area. The service is terrible - the staff cannot communicate clearly and it was as if she was speaking aggressively.
I noticed that this is a common pattern - she needs to be disciplined or replaced. I hope you can address this issue because to say the level of service is very poor, is being generous.
Aside from that, there is nothing "fresh" about my sub. The bread was crusty, like it was baked from the day before.
