โ โ โ โ โ I love subway as my favourite healthy sandwich. The taste is good. It is a very good restaurant and very nice idea, many and many choices you can build up your sandwich as well as you like. My favourite is Italian BMT and Subway Melt. Sometimes I would like to order Subway Seafood Sensation.

โ โ โ โ โ Oven was malfunctioning, portion doesn't provide as standard if you request as standard they would charge you extra. The food came from microwave was suck, i'm no idea what i'm eating. Subway Malaysia was irresponsible and unprofessional.

โ โ โ โ โ The servers were not very professional. Bread is mishandled. Most items are out of stock. Sauces are not labeled properly. Seriously needs improvement

โ โ โ โ โ The mall escalators off, only on 10am. Breakfast time harded to hiked n reach subway cafe (lifts I don't where). OK healthy breakfast sandwich w white coffee but I like hot chocolate but not served here.
I prefer clean n arrangement cafe but here staff only waiting at counter without do 5s and do table cleaning. Water sinky also no clean n 5s overnite (blocked w tissues paper) becoz I arrived here before 9am.
Must proactive staffs n do job w more passion.

โ โ โ โ โ Either they have new untrained staff or no manager. Ordered foodpanda, clearly put All veges. All subs arrived WITHOUT lettuce. Compromised taste and size. Hope they improve asap.

โ โ โ โ โ Must eat no 2 when I visit KL is Subway! Because we donโt have it here in Indonesia. And the place also easy to find.
This is so good for breakfast or brunch. My favorite is Spicy Italian. Hmmm yummy ?

โ โ โ โ โ Was very quiet the moment we were there. so you would expect it to look neat and clean. All tables were dirty, after asking if our table wanted to clean it was done immediately, unfortunately the dirt and breadcrumbs were thrown from the table to the floor and we were stuck with our feet in the dirt. staff were very friendly, sandwich was nothing special.

โ โ โ โ โ Once maybe it was an honest mistake, twice it was becoming annoying but 3 out of 3 times, all separate occasion I ordered a meal and the Coke Zero taste like water.
