โ โ โ โ โ Went on a Friday night 30 min before closing. Staff had thrown away all the bread and basically told me they didnโt want to serve me... pity.

โ โ โ โ โ There is one guy here who is really rude. Anyway Subway now requires the Mysej. app which requires a smart phone. I guess Subway does not want older people who don't use tech, expats who can't use a Malaysian app or people who cannot afford a smart phone eating here. I had been getting a sandwich here regularly for the past 6 months. I even stopped using Food Panda and instead went in directly and ordered and paid cash just so they wouldn't have to pay the Food Panda fees. I guess that's how they repay loyalty. I won't be using Subway anymore anywhere in the world.

โ โ โ โ โ Subway is popular for serving their sandwiches fresh so that the customer get a healthy meal. But this morning i saw the entire opposite of freshness, Food Panda staff #foodpanda was there to pikcup the order but he didn't leave immediately, he sat under the AC blower and play his mobile phone games. I was observing him for easily 30 mins, the AC blower is blowing directly on the food and he just doesn't care much except concentrate on his gaming. I can't believes this #foodpanda staff is so irresponsible, imaging you are going to get your sandwich almost like overnight sandwiches cold from fridge. Initially I thought he is waiting for the Sunway staff to prepare the food but it is not, he left with the same bag of sandwich after he is done with his gaming. At that time, Sunway don't have any other customers except me and this #foodpanda despatch guy.
I will not order any food through #foodpanda for sure. This is extremely irresponsible and bad for customers.
Next question, will the #foodpanda despatch guy have a sip of your drink or a few pieces of your food before it reaches your house?

โ โ โ โ โ No matter how many times I ordered, I request no pickles, and I not ticking pickles, means I don't want pickles!!! But I still get pickles!! Annoying!!!!!!!!! And I requested extra olives also didn't get extra olives, it's like they don't care to bother to read the incoming order! Also feel like the manager don't care about the staff to teach them how to read the order!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ The worst experience. I asked the waiter for paper bag. But suddenly one Malay male senior stopped him n told lie to me. Saying no more PAPER bag. Canโt imagine people can tell lie in their holy puasa month! And dear owner, pls read carefully.itโs paper bag that initially your staff wanted to give me, but was blocked by the rude senior!
