β β β β β went there happily. Bought some succulents. Thought everything went well. Bought one of it and the staff told without root and it will grow. So when I came back, luckily I took out to repot. And I found that it already rotten. The staff never apologise but told me already said its without root. But without root also doesnt mean that it can be rotten! Not professional at all. First and Last for me.
PS: RM12 only, I dont even want your rotten plant, just need your proper after sales service. Not by giving excuses. What if the customer just put there and it all die after 3 days?
