★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice set up, beautiful scenery, beautiful resort, next to beautiful river of janda baik. However, Room rate is bit pricey with the actual what you get. Bit small. Amenities not so much. Poor housekeeping, not so clean. Small cafe. Poor parking space. The management need to strengthen their business strategy on cleanliness and maintaining the resources.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked house Dato Wira and Janda Kaya with RM700 for each small family (for family day). Maintainance is very poor. Many facility is not well maintained and broken. Sink pipe leaking, hot water pipe not functional, tv not functional, rack loose screw and dropped, staff is not friendly, facility is not properly advertised. Generally "indah khabar dari rupa".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor service, very bad resort i've ever stayed in Malaysia. ? very dirty room, carpet didn't vacuum got a lot of dust and hair, smelly room, I called Sugeh Hq 3 times to help to come and clean the room, he just keeps saying just wait
for the cleaner to come, but after 1 hour he didn't answer me at all. such a liar and irresponsible ??? after that I came to the reception desk to ask for the cleaner, but no one at the reception desk. waited there almost half an hour, after that I've just got to knw the reception staff finish work at 6pm. another poor services improper parking area, improper staffs service, improper cafe and foods served (poor taste as hotel/resort standard), small swimming pool located at improper area, no security guard service at entrance door and exit door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent resort to get away from all those city noises and crowd.You can choose types of rooms as per you family size or as per your budget.Overall all are excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 2 villas, 5 Janda's, Rajawali and Patawali.The rooms were well maintained.
However, the resort facilities such as the toilets near the swimming pool and the hall were not maintained. The lights were out and they were fixed after being reminded a few times.
The hall was booked for three days and the staff was reminded of the cleanliness one day before the check-in. Upon our checking, we found that the hall was dirty and the chairs were covered in mold. In order to clean the hall and chairs quickly, we had to lend our hand to the staff.This shouldn't be happening even after being reminded of the overall cleanliness.
Overall, customer service needs to be upgraded to be more effective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to relaxing your mind far away from your busy life. Beautiful scenery. Also got mini zoo, place for bbq and some adventures... They got rooms beside the river & private pool too. The only problem was poor phone line (I'm using unifi) but well, that's not a big problem, kan? Enjoy your life while in here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 3 days 2 nights. Very pretty surroundings but the service and quality are very bad. Amenities not provided completely. There’s no body wash provided. Only shampoos. Cleanliness is not so good. Cafe is very small and very overpriced. An iced chocolate cost RM 8 and taste like a bland milo. Not recommended ????. We asked for a setup for our lunch beside the river but they didnt do it even after we have pay for it. So many broken things. Shower doesn’t work properly. Waited for the flying fox for more than an hour. They told us they’re gonna come in a while but there’s no one taking care of it. Better find other places to stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We book "Dorm Bawah" for a night, room are clean and spacious for approximately 10+ occupants at a time. Toilet and pantry area can't be improved and we notice our refrigerator are not properly cleaned from the previous visitors. They also does not provide any hook at the toilet and bathroom. Resort area are well planned and beautiful but some of area and facilities need to be maintained.
