The size of the eel served was insanely smaller than any other available chains. Rice is also very tough (I know right? how can they even). Had to pour the miso soup to soften the texture. Waiter was also not helpful in service, ie. asked on item A, only to be informed that it is not available. Didn't manage to finish the food. Was very upset with the whole dining experience.
Hopefully their Management could see on the seriousness on the need of quality checking and inspection pertaining to the food and services before a lot of complaints raining down store. Really hoping that they'll improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought the eel would be felt bone-ny in my mouth and how wrong I was. I was very satisfied with this dish and would come again next time for this dish. It would be great if the eel's portion is bigger than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricey but was good la. Tried a few dishes. Two ramen types and 1 teriyaki rice. Haven't had Japanese food before. To me it was nice. Must try other places before comparison. Some dishes were not my type of food. So to those who give bad reviews saying not nice it's just maybe the food is not their type. ???
