★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've eat this place countless time and this place always understaffed I dunno why. The food always delicious no complain but the customer service is really bad. I dun usually comment on waiter/waitress attitude bcuz I myself used to work as waitress before so I understand how stress this job is but this waiter is really ah cannot. I came in and asked for a table for 3 the staff didn't even bother to look at me and just walk here and thr, so I in the end sit at this two person kind of table first and maybe can pull in a chair to make a enough room for 3 ppl. This staff is so rude this is my first time legit first time tell off a waiter. You didn't serve me, can't even give me a solution nor try to help out settling tables for three just say "what can I do,what you want me to do " you dunno how to say "pls wait and I'll sort this for you" and think up for a solution is it? Cannot let us sit 2 person table for awhile to wait for another open up is it? When I talk to him, he din even stand one place and talk to me but walk here and thr, no basic manner at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncooked, crunchy rice. We order through Grab (which also was problematic but that's a review for Grab and not here), Gyudon and Yakiniku Don. The Gyudon in particular had uncooked rice and it was crunchy. How does one even do that? Surely all you need to do with rice is follow the basic steps of cooking in the rice cooker and then use it when it cooker stops cooking. Anyway, I've ordered food from this outlet before but this one is the biggest mess up I've encountered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The range of food options from the menu looks good however the actual food is not as good. Katsu Don and Katsu Tori Don is the same thing, the Tori word and depicting picture of egg beaten in a bowl is not the same as the one in Japan where they pour raw beaten egg on hot steaming rice. Both is just the cooked yellow egg on rice like normal Katsu Don. There also no sauce with the rice and they do not have sauces for U to add either hence it's more of a plain Katsu Don. For a good Katsu Don head over to Sushi Zanmai 1 level below it. The Fried Chicken is without taste but the good thing is not overcooked hence its juicy. The noodle broth is tasty by the noodle portion is very small. Service here is slow as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through Grab Food but I make an effort to go to here to review your service. That's how bad it is. I ordered Golden Combo Curry. Your food is burnt, why did you still sent it out? You price doesn't match your standard. I have been to other Sukiya branch before, they were excellent. I hope the one doing this will have a bad day tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience in this restaurant. The girl especially is really rude and unfriendly, proceed to ignore us while the order didn't go through and glare at us later on. (6pm Sunday night shift there's only one girl working so you know who she is)The Chinese guy is nice and helpful though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst gyudon have I ever had in my life. Shame to Sukiya Japan. The CEO of Sukiya should come and try the food in person here, and rate it themselves. The person in charge of these local branches here should harakiri themselves. The food deserves to be in the trash or fed to stray dogs. I have my all time lowest expectation for Sukiya Malaysia and ashamed that they opened them here.
