Staff attitude need to be improve. When we ask for the chopstick and spoon, the staff reply its keep under the table. Like expecting us to know where they keep their tableware.

The quality is not up to par with the expensive price. The saddest bak kut teh I ate in 9 years living in KL. Not all of my order come in one go. Need to remind them that some of my orders are missing, twice. One of the staff rather satisfy herself with food rather than making sure the customers is satisfied. The staffs need more training. How dare the restaurant charge us service tax and charge if the service is almost non-existent at all.

Could be and should be better. The soup is not flavorful and the meat is bland. Found hair in the claypot and the staff tried to pick it our with his fingers!

If you look at the picture I posted and you think to yourself "is that a bowl of Fu Zhuk soup?" All I can say is yes you're right, it's more or less a Fu Zhuk soup, when it's actually supposed to be a bowl of BKT for God sake~! This is the first time I've felt so disappointed in a bowl of BKT. Who would have thought one can actually get BKT wrong, let alone by a proper restaurant.

The taste of the soup has no herb taste, but strong porky smell. The rib meat is hard and thin, so not much meat to eat.

Tried this non halal restaurant establishment in IOI Mall Puchong. Serves bak kut teh as their main offering. The ambiance is pleasing and the staff are okay (be prepared to speak in Mandarin only as the more junior staff can't speak English at all, we had to wait for a more senior staff to put in our order). Ordered the claypot aged garlic bak kut teh with the claypot sesame oil chicken and glass lettuce, accompanied with cakoi and rice. The food did not take too long eventhough there was a small lunch crowd here. The meat pieces were decent in amount, the soup was okay (not flavourful enough in my opinion) and we had to add in enoki mushroom as well. The base claypot bak kut teh order has no condiments with it, you need to top up at about RM3/condiment. Felt this was a bit expensive, but you can top up the bak kut teh soup for free. The claypot sesame oil chicken was very flavourful, accompanied with moist and tender chicken pieces. The glass lettuce was a dissapointment. It was bland. Overall, it was quite expensive for bak kut teh. Needs more improvement pricing and flavour profile wise.
