Impatient and impolite.
They even scolded you when you don't understand the procedure of clinic.
Very dissapointed. ?
They talked to others when they checked the condition of the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor may not qualify here, not detail oriented as well, especially otorpedic. And the nurse here is probably the worst, lazy and not friendly. But still got 2 stars cause only 1 Riinggit Medical fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not many people understand the procedure of the clinic. You need to put non-nurse at the front desk. Non technical and non clinical personnel normally work better at front desk. Afterall, I see very low to no reason for clinical staff at the 1st triage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lol at all those complaining bout long waiting hours, ITS A GOVERMENT CLINIC WITH MANY PEOPLE WHICH YOU PAY ONLY RM1. Dont wanna wait? Go to private (which you also have to wait lol) Also, why come during LUNCH HOUR? People need to rest too, didnt know humans are robots working nonstop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came with my husband on 2/4/19 during lunch hour due to very high blood pressure. Registration and BP screening was done within 5 minutes. As my husband's BP was very high.. he was referred to room 16 for instant medication. After 10 minutes.. we were referred to treatment room 21. The incharge doctor for that particular room wasn't there until 2.30pm. which makes my husband with BP 173/128 waited for longer hours. Where were the doctors??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there last week friday coz the new extended operation hour stated the clinic is open. It suppose to open at 8am but then when we reach there the nurses didnt open on time and they were scolding the people when we enter at 8am itself. They ask who gave permission for us to come inside. They do the job very slow and completely open the clinic at 8.15am only and when they serve us they making unhappy face. The doctor also came late. So dissapointed with this kind of attitude. We didnt came to clinic without purpose, we came because we sick and government the one who stated that this clinic open on friday at 8am. If you as a staff from the clinic feel not happy to work on that day you should not showing face to other people. And its so unprofessional when nurses scolded the people because we go in sharp at 8am. Its not our fault if you guys didnt fully open by that time. You guys should be punctual to come to work next time. And as for the doctor they didnt check the patient properly and when we ask for MC she directly said its public holiday. Even its PH doesnt mean everyone entitled for PH leave, some people still need to work on that PH. And some nurses there especially who taking the blood test on that day, how you guys can have time to watch movie inside that room. Seriously poor service. I didnt expect much but this is too over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik Kesihatan Sultan Ismail which is located inside the Hospital Sultan Ismail?? compound. The Klinik is opened everyday from Sunday to Thursday 8am to 9.30pm . Saturday 8.am until 12pm only.
On Public Holiday it will be Closed
Klinik Kesihatan Sultan Ismail is located at Jln Persiaran , Jalan Mutiara Emas Utama, Taman Mount Austin 81100 Johor Bahru. Johor Darul Takzim.
Klinik Kesihatan Sultan Ismail cater for daily out patient only. It will also attend to babies medical checkup. Certain days are allocated for patients on monthly or quarterly medical check up especially for senior citizens with various illness which need refferal.
Since the country is still in the pandemic sitiuation. Patients and all vistors need to follow strict SOP procedures while within the compound of the klinik. Only patients that are to be attended will allow entry into/ inside the building. There are a fews tents provided for patients to wait. As they given/provide number. The number are sereggated for walk in patients, appointment date, monthly medications requirements, blood checkup. They are all alloted into different tents.
Staffs and nurses will attend to all enquires for customer. Staffs & nurses and ?⚕️?⚕️Doctors are friendly, please be patient as they are also human working endlessly to provide the best to us all.? The frontliners had been working hard since the covid19 hit the country last year.
Also the klinik provide drive thru pharmarcy for patients that wish to collect their medication without entering the klinik.
Note. Please follow strict SOP guidelines and procedures . Help each others to help others.
