★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As i knw.everday always pt pt so many at kk tmn .u every.Mon .tue.wed 4 Dm pt APPT. 8am-12.30 pm.4 HPT .please follow dat appt date n time 4 check up..defaulter to make check up yr Appt DM n HPT yr green book can find it when u come to check up appt.same dat 4 Hpt pls .Come follow yr date we given to pt.hope mystaff n yrself get better service.remember dat important thing dat u as pt need checx n not well come to kk tmn u .to be understand dat rule kk tmn u.dun ever u follow yr rule.u need service..u must be follow appt date time .just remain..dun blame other person if yrself never follow dat rule from kk give it.remember dun be late come need service.when kk already want close..u want better service rite .dun rush ready knw rite goverment clinic time open sun -wed 7.30am-1pm lunch time 2pm -5pm.close. just only thu 7.30-3.30 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One useless clinic of all... i’ve been to whole lot of ‘klinik kesihatan’ but this is the worst. All the workers are incapable of smiling and greeting people.. No clear instruction and even when we ask they just ask us to wait... everyone is tired of their job, if u want to work make sure you do it perfectly, dont just come in for salary like a bunch of losers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service from front desk nurses for registration. I heard one of the nurses talked very rude to chinese patience with high tone "Faham!". I was also having the rudeness of the old nurse during registration. She said "eh budak ni" and when I was about to take sanitizer, the nurses there (guy and woman with blue uniform) showed no politeness by saying "minta permission dulu". Is this how civil servants' way of service especially the front liner? Pathetic..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is obvious the service is slow since a lot of people there. waiting time up to 3-4 hours is normal over there. Wondering if they can speed up the process for newborn baby and the mother since the baby could not even wear the face mask and exposed to public for a very long time due to long waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred here from Sultanah Aminah Hospital JB for my checkup & meds. It's a polyklinik with maternity ward & dentistery with normal health care. Limited parking space inside. Now, public not allowed to park inside because of Covod. Quite crowded. Worse crowd after public holidays. 4-5 doctors and 2-3 dentists. Special days only for blood test & eye test. Cannot miss appointment or else, it will be months before the next one. Govt should expand & extent this place. It was supposed to be just a village clinic. Now it is overworked because of all nearby housing estates' residents are referred here.
