โ โ โ โ โ taking to long time , only 2-3 doc working , my mum and my dad already old i came 7.30 am out from hospital 1pm they no taking their lunch yet

โ โ โ โ โ Pegawai tak bertanggung jawab, 1 jam tunggu tgh panas. Atleast prihatinlah sikit, cakap tak sure bila and lead us to waiting area. I would've understand that but they didn't even bother tried to explained anything and just take the enlistpaper as if the patients are product need to be "fix". No communication at all with the (guardians)waris. I've even seen an old lady there waiting for her husband while in sunny hot. She could've get heat stroke if I didn't told her to wait in shady area.

โ โ โ โ โ service very bad. It's been 10 hours since she gave birth and she hasn't been brought into the ward. The nurses in the delivery room are all chatting there, no one cares about the pregnant woman. Ask some things and show your face to the family.

โ โ โ โ โ My mother was transferred from mahkota to Hospital Besar Melaka at 29/01/2022, when that time, she has a black bag with her in the ambulance and she was transfer to Zon Respi. Now my mother already pass away and we just realized her bag didn't give back to us. When ask to the staff, they just keep found and said cannot found the bag. The bag inside has wallet, telephone, water bottle, key and etc. I know all the staff are very busy but how the bag can be missing??? The bag doesn't has leg if no someone take there is no way to missing. Very disappointed, we know we have our own responsibility too but we still cannot believe the bag can be missing when my mother is in critical situation.

โ โ โ โ โ When will the Malaysian government upgrade the government hospitals in Malaysia? Especially for me as a citizen, I see that it's not only the Doctors that should give good treatment to patients, but the patients themselves need good facilities in every ward that they're staying at, in terms of food, and the beds should be good, and the toilets are disgusting..govt first of all should upgrade the toilets in every govt hospital...the cafeteria also should be of various cuisines and not just one type of a cuisine!! I hope that the govt will be considerate to do this..why not make it like private hospitals, somewhat I mean..in terms of cleanliness and good facilities..only then the people will appreciate what our govt is doing.

โ โ โ โ โ The overall system is terrible. As each doctor/nurse is taken over by a new one at a new shift, new information is shared about the patient. My uncle was admitted due to getting hit by a motorbike, and up until his death (6 days) we were slowly revealed new information each day. First being he had a severe head injury and a fractured leg. On the day before his death we found out he had a broken neck, and on the day he passed we found out his cheek was fractured.
I honestly don't even know how to feel. The nurses/doctors don't seem to communicate with each other at all and it doesn't seem they fully check the patient in one go. Good luck if you choose to go to a general hospital.

โ โ โ โ โ I was hospitalized due to appendicitis for 4D3N at Ward 344 (not sure). The staffs are really helpful and polite, quite lovely too. Sometimes I will sneak around looking for foods, when I got caught they even offered me some of theirs. Good souls. Not to mention they even have to watch my ballz every morning. No, I'm not flashing dem ballz, it's just a routine medical checkup. Dont call FBI on me, stepsister.
