Trouble with the shower..no hot bath, the room also not clean.
But the staffs are quite friendly, the location already good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old building but maintenance is quite decent. Spacious room, good food, decent price, have swimming pool. Good for family stays (we stay in apartment type of building with 3 or 4 room in 1 apartment)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment with 4 bedrooms. Quite old building with 2 lift and only 1 lift functions. The other one is broken, so the waiting to go Ground Floor is quite a painful experience! Towel provided but got a awful smell ??. Overall I would rate 2 out of 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel apartment. Friendly staff. Lots of parking, if you lucky, can park infront of lobby area. Can see withdraw bridge from here..can see part of beach batu burok also.. got swimpool for kids ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities not well maintained. The room smell cigarette & damp smell too. Every edge of the wooden doors are rotten, the floor has mopping stained & the air cond was broken-not cold. Technician did not handled it well with us. We had to make such a big fuss to the receptionist, then only, we get a new room after 3 hours later at 10.30pm...!! Overall, not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This room consist 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The balcony at kitchen area was spacious!. The outside balcony was facing beach. No cooking allowed. They have mini bar. Fridge. Cabinet at kitchen. And Dining table for 6 people. All in good condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable and worth it. Very spacious. Only drawback is the lift is pack during weekends due to high tenancy. Food is good though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel apartment I stayed in is spacious enough for 4 people. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A good sized living area with a dining table set and lounge seats. A small refrigerator, an electric kettle and some crockery. A kitchen sink is included. However, no cooking is allowed in the apartment.
I must mention the newly renovated bathrooms with it's hardware. My first attempt at taking a shower failed. I got upset and went to seek assistance at the reception desk. They sent a maintenance officer. He was so kind enough to explain the ways of the new bathroom hardware. Surprise! Water gushed out. I had never encountered buttons and taps so out of the ordinary in bathrooms before. Happy that the maintenance officer did not point out my lack of knowledge. I shall include short videos showing how to operate the bathroom hardware.
