Bad finishing, incomplete job.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I'm writing this detailed review only because I do not want anyone to fall victim to their unprofessional business conduct. I have been to this place a number of times over the last few years for basic knocking and painting work. Their services were reasonable and they had a good team at work too. But after the incident I faced this morning, not only would I NEVER step into this place ever again, but I warn any of you reading this to not step into this place unless you're intending to deal with its manager who behaves like a gangster. Last week of Dec 2020: Brought my Myvi to this place to replace the 'fender' in the front-passenger side as it was hanging off and making contact with the tyres. Met the manager for the first time, Chinese man named Andy Low. Initially appeared to be a very nice man, and is also able to converse fluently in English, and even Tamil. He assured me that the fender will be replaced within a few hours along with the knobs that keep the fender in place. The work was done, I paid RM80 for it, all good. 5th Jan 2021: Didn't touch the car until this day. After driving to the store to buy groceries, there was noise coming from the tyre at front-passenger side. To my discovery, not only was the fender hanging off again, but the fender started tearing. I recorded a video showing the damage. sent it to him on Whatsapp. He didn't reply. Followed up with him the next day, he finally replied, telling me to bring my car to the shop for him to have a look. As the screenshots show, he never replied my messages. Called him and set an appointment for the following week, but was unable to go due to MCO 2.0, and because I stay in Damansara. Today (23/2/2021) Went to his shop to get this checked. He checks my car and said, 'there's nothing I can do, these things don't come with warranty. I said I know, but I have been owning this car since 2005. NO front fender lasts for only a week. From there, he started getting defensive. I said you've lost a customer, all the best in your business. He said, and I quote, "I have many cars la, don't need your business". I got in the car, wound down my mirror and said, "please stop cheating people and calling it doing business." He storms up to my car pointing his finger toward me (just like a gangster would) saying, "You better shut up. I'll slap you I tell you." Given the insignificant amount, of money I drove back home without lodging a police report and texted him once I was back. His replies speak volumes, I rest my case. I hope none of you read this review only when it is too late. Please be cautious of these people who use gangsterism to run their business. Neither you or your car deserve Andy's ill-treatment, and I only hope that the worst happens to him or that he goes out of business before he swindles anyone else's money ever again, no matter how little or how much.

Cane in my side mirror cover was ok now they damage it and dont want to repair back. Including masa datang pintu belah dlm boleh bukak now xboleh bukak langsung. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE TO REPAIR!! Scammer and irresponsible workers.Can clearky see my side nirror cover was not broken before ?
