Love the service but the place is so-so

Not Recommended, Patronize with caution. Read On. No Hard Feelings as the Experience might vary according to people serving you, there might be better staffs in the Shop. 1- Price is slightly above average, much more expensive than those at Holiday Plaza, even though their service is so so, but this place is more ulu, and the rent should be cheaper. 2- Unlike other shops, they cut your nails/sand edges on dry skin. Usually other professional shops, soften your skin on Classic Pedicure before cutting or sanding and rough areas, which makes removal easier, and more effective, while not hurting the customer. Two girls taking SPM/still doing homework are part of the shop/nail service crew, no hard feelings, but one of them cut my toe, but it is fine I did not make a big fuss of it. I think more qualified staffs should be used, since we are paying a reasonable price for the service. Empathy for the kids working there, so I don't blame them, but please use qualified adults. 3- Chose a slightly darker shade of Gel Nail for my gf, end up it took around 1-2 hours to complete the job with many layers, few of them were discussing in Chinese about how to experiment on her nails, with some advising to do a dark coat in future first before applying the shine. Not really bothered by this "experiment" and time taken/wasted. But they did not touch up the thumb nail properly, ending up with half of it showing the nail color still with the top shine (Another layer required, as per the discussion/experiment). The lady gave excuses and told my gf that her nails nature does not absorb well. However, she end up sanding and touching it up, but with some rugged edges, while trying to still justify she is right, we only need it to be done properly, not trying to make things difficult since their charges are not cheap relatively. (Unfortunately, I understand Chinese and their "experiment" ) 4- My gf family does patronize this shop in the past, and have stopped attending this place, as they realizes they uses old nail polishes and coat/gel which makes their nails brittle and white, over time. They also gossip (in Chinese) about other customers that are slightly difficult, which at first I thought was true, until I first hand experienced their services. Also the first few positive comments seems bogus and from the Shop's own Owner or Friends. Even the Sir names are the same. (Chew)

I visited this place last September to get gel polish and extensions. Only one person was attending me despite I being the customer alone. Then, there was this woman who doesn’t know how to do the nails - looks like an intern or something - she makes my nails and then breaks them unexpectedly out of inexperience!! It took 4 Long hours to get my hands and legs done! Uff! Also, it’s too pricey! You can try to bargain though! Better deal when you know the language else they would charge more as happened in my case! This place has wifi ! Ask them for the password!

Overpriced for the worst service. Did my lashes only for it to drop off in 2 days. I've been getting my lashes done for over a year and have never had such bad experience. The fan nor the air condition was turned on so I was super restless during the entire procedure. They charged me 198 ringgit for my lashes to exactly look exactly like my original lashes...
