Everytime use post laju , No delivery attempt and no miss calls!!!
I use this address for over 5 years already.
Have to use this post laju due to oversea parcel (force to select the courier service due to limited choices)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pick up a parcel which the postman did not even attempt to deliver to me. Nonetheless, this post office is small and there are not enough parking, so be prepared to park further away and walk to the post office. Staff were friendly to me. There is a small window right outside the office that allows quick pick up of parcels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tricky to find this location. Went to collect letter from the “Kaunter Serahan Sg Besi”. In the card, just stated road name. The whole process was quick and nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renewed driver's license today at 10.49am, with an intension to greet Selamat Hari Raya. Counter clerk at counter 2 was filled to the brim with HATRED & ANIMOSITY. Initially I thought it was about hvg to work, but later realised she hated humans. The culture never changed.

Abang2 yang takde kredit takpe bagitau je I boleh bagi Duit topup. Dekat Central Residence ada Popbox. Boleh letak je parcel tu? Nak buat seminar ke utk ajar? Memang stress betul dengan service hampa. Sampah! Dah kena dua Kali. I need to pay extra for redelivery and now have to take the grab to collect my stupid parcel at YOUR place now. Will you pay me? Refund? It's not easy for me. Why troubling us. You should be humanly don't be like a coward alien. Grow up la kids. Please be helpful don't make trouble. Be kind. Let me take some class know how to be good. Erghhh so annoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could've give zero stars if I had the choice.Ordered an valuable itemfrom overseas and waited 2 months for nothing. Did not receive my parcel even when it said delivered successfully on the app / website.Drove over to the post office location and rude attitude from workers there.Workers just said "I don't know" when the parcel is not with them either saying it's been delivered when there's literally nothing at my house. No missed calls / messages or anything from them whatsoever when the delivery man is delivering. The parcel is now lost and they did not do anything to fix it.
