★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik paling lembab, pekerja bajet bagus, sembang kurang adab, macam mana la Boleh serap masuk kerja bawah kerajaan, kalau tak tahu kerja berenti segere. Customer service worst ever. Kaunter pertanyaan tak function, memalukan klinik kerajaan. Kalau macam ni selama ny Malaysia xkan maju. Perkhidmatan sangat teruk. Ingat sama, kerja makan gaji buta takkan hidup aman sampai bila-bila.
 The slowest clinic, good budget workers, rude chatter, how can he absorb jobs under the government, if he doesn't know the work will stop immediately. Customer service worst ever. The inquiry counter did not function, embarrassing the government clinic. If it's like this, as long as Malaysia can move forward. The service is very bad. Remember the same, working for a blind salary will not live safely forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service.my mom stroke n perlukan wheel chair tp bila sampai x ada. Katanya bnyak yg rosak. The worst case is the lady at counter named Mariam. I showed her my mom's green book to enquiry about where should i go. Just need her assistance bcause i have to bring my mom without wheelchair. Then without look and refer the book she just said u can go to the other area behind this couter. Not mention which part or name of department. then i walk around and ask staff at dental clinoc she said supppsedly go for blood test at room 10. I go at the same couter again which Ms Mariam sitting there. I ask her again. Without apologize she said she assume it supposely at back side clinic then after i ask then only then she read the book and said at room 10. CliNic need to provide more.wheelchair and train staff like ms mariam to willing assist patients with manner. Tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please check your staff . I dont know if patient didnt have right for asking . Then you will be scold like a bad guy . KKM check your staff . Even politely asking and you still get scold by the staff , so rude

asked about the clinic whether its called hospital lama but she didnt answer appropriately.
Then told patient to go another clinic at area u stayed.
And also didn't have parking lots. patient just have to park their car randomly. and far from the main entrance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Bring wife and baby at 11am to check-up. Rude staff, and scold my wife come late, are they work until 11am only? Need to learn speak politely, if like this we will scold them also

The doctor who signed my form was very cheerful, talkative and made my day. His name is Dr Surasa Rao, if I'm not mistaken. Thank you KK BSP. ?
