โ โ โ โ โ Bilik Rawatan NURSE itu yang muka berlagak x sopan sgt!!!!!!
Dr lain sebelum itu ok, tapi hari ini punya memang x professional sgt!!!!!
I pergi tampal GIGI bukan tambak LUKA..
Dr NUR SHAHIDATUL AMELIA itu dah la selalu "adjust" kerusi sini sana macam x nampak atau macam mana...
Nak polish tampalan saya jadi polish kulit bawah lidah saya!!!
Masih ingat saya ada ulcer, asyik tanya ulcer itu ker!!!
Fulamak... x nampak dgn teliti then bagitau kami adjust atau sendiri adjust position yang btul baru buat.
Masa tampalan pun tangan asyik shaking....
Sy pernah pergi UM buat tampalan & rawatan lain, Year4 student pun professional lagi lar....amboi...
No wonder so many public stil complain Goverment Hospital, All because this!!!!!! Bad attitude NURSE, Unprofessional Issue!

I still remember I had an ulcer, I had fun asking if it was a ulcer !!!
Fulamak ... x look carefully then tell us to adjust or adjust the correct position yourself.
During the patch, the hands were shaking ....
Sy used to go to UM for patches & other treatments, Year4 student is also a professional again .... amboi ...

โ โ โ โ โ Visited the clinic every month once. No matter it is week day or weekend was crowded. But process for consultation or only taking medicine was smoothly arrange. I have no problem at all monthly visited the clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ I went to dental clinic to remove suture after surgery. Unfortunately, it was my worst experience ever. The staff who help me to remove suture was so unprofessional. The process was very painful until the staff gave me local anaesthesia. After i went back home, I noticed there was one suture left in my mouth. I immediately went to clinic satu Malaysia the next day to removal the leftover suture. The staff in that clinic was far more professional. My suture was removed without any pain. Moral of the story, it is better to go clinic satu Malaysia at UTC for simple dental procedures in order to get more professional services.
