β β β β β Never ever shop here if you do not wish to be greeted by the extremely rude foreigner security guard who station at the main entrance.
He would rudely prohibit your entry due to the faulty of my Sejahtera app (not even my fault) and thus failure to scan (where are your manners?)
Customers who contributed to your business are not supposed to be greeted rudely.
Miserable training from Sunshine Jelutong management.
Dreadful management never even allocate any manual record to cater for unforeseen circumstances like faulty my Sejahtera app.
I wish I could give zero star.

β β β β β The place was very quite at 3-5 Pm. A lot of products (including Korean products) and it's quite cheap! Would recommend if you need something when you're close to this Supermarket.

β β β β β Very good location to serve the many customers staying in Jelutong. Many will feel the convenience of having this relatively new, clean and air conditioned shopping center. Even though itβs comparatively smaller than other Sunshine, it carries most basic household products, the basement grocery is well stocked. Staff manning during Covid19 MCO were helpful especially the parking attendants and elderly Uncle at entrance. Limited parking at roadside, but you can try the winding parking above the building. Free for 45min.

β β β β β A very convenient one stop centre for groceries shopping though the place is small. You can basically find the groceries needed here. Free parking too

β β β β β Today I had met a very rude customer service ever in Sunshine Jelutong, my bad day?
Cookies price and actual cookies was place to wrong position , I have already paid.
I feedback to customer service and they return without do any single words to me what they are doing right now.. just do everything and refund the balance money.
To me , u can tell me ,what u r doing to me before do any action.
Then, I said I donβt want take any extra from Sunshine and I just want to take the correct cookies and pay correct price, I donβt want u make feel that I am taking advantage of sunshine. Take expensive cookies pay lower price.
Then the customer service face turn and mood turn bad, again straight away ask me return back all the money again and ask me go and take the correct cookies.
Hello, if you donβt not know to be customer service pls ask your company train you.
