★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the years, i have used v cool, ecotint, llumar , all medium range and above, and i can tell you Suntek Autotint is up to the standard, as it is from US.
I booked my time slot, got the whole car done in a timely manner, workmanship is also good.
Normally , most shops, the testing area using heat bulbs, some use lower wattage ,less heat to push/make their film film feel cool at an xxx price, but would really dissapoint you when put under daily use.
Some use very high wattage heat lamp, to sell you their highest range, which of course , perform very well.
Here at Suntek Setapak,what i like is that the heat lamp are just about right wattage, to guide you in choosing the film range, and of course, what you paid is what you get , so choose the right film accordingly to your own prefrence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met with Crystal, she explained in details about their products, let me experienced the heat cupboard and even showed me all valid SIRIM certs proving their products conform to the specs claimed. Impressive marketing. Good product, good value. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent. Gave their Customer Service associate a hard time by challenging their facts and asking so many questions. They stood up to the challenge and responded with facts and proofs to defend their tinting product quality.
I like the fact that they have a SIRIM cert to verify their product quality. Gives you a peace of mind that you know your tinting quality will be good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a terrible visit to this shop and was a total waste of my time. Prior to my visit, an appointment was made with my requirements being stated to the person in charge Miss C (hereinafter referred to as the “PIC &/or she, her”). Upon arrival, I was being lectured and presented with a whole lot of different products which was not what had been discussed over the phone. Her sales pitch was implying that my current tint of a well-known brand Vxxxx is not real stuff because if smart tag can pass through tolls then the tint is not what I thought a real one (she was hinting me by saying: you know la…), and that genuine Vxxxx surely can’t pass through tolls as the quality of the tint is elite (I was puzzled is it only 1 type of quality Vxxxx is supplying?), but she didn’t say mine is a fake/replica but she was leading me to think it is. And she let me ponder isn’t it too good to be true as the tint was FOC by the car dealer? The PIC clearly did not take customer's requirements into account and yet still kept on providing more and more irrelevant facts which did not meet my requirements. In addition, the PIC at first mentioned that they did not have the tint stock which I had requested for, and at the end of the conversation, she then mentioned they have it, which is very misleading and confusing. Frankly, the PIC was very rude in her way of treating customers (the way she called out loudly for the next customer: sir your turn!… for a moment I thought I was in a clinic!) and does not value customer's opinion. The PIC was also continuously making disclaimers that their shop will not be responsible for this and that (e.g. they cannot guarantee dust free when they install the tint, because we cannot see the dust which is microscopic, this is the same situation as in when we collect our new car, we cannot see the dust trap in the tint too, etc.), all her lecture does not help customers at all. I am very surprised that they can be a panel for a Japanese car brand, this shop is a disgrace and shows no gratitude to the customers who are giving them business. I have managed to find a number of dealers who are offering outstanding services and quality products which met my requirements to the T, I would gladly give business to them many times than to face extremely low professionalism in such a premise.
