- Developer reputation (Sunway).
- Strategic location (i.e. near Sri Rampai lrt, DUKE & MRR2 and upcoming SPE highway).
- Convenience, with access to many nearby malls (i.e. Aeon Big, Tesco, Giant, Wangsa Walk).
- Freehold land.
Cons:
- Location area within 10km radius too crowded & dense with many existing and upcoming condos.
- Commercial title.
- Price wise in sqft is definitely not affordable as how they "market" it to be.
