2. A very friendly security team who are more than willing to help you with any issues you might have.
3. The management team are very thoughtful and considerate in letting us know beforehand of any maintenance or repair work.
4. Theres a bbq area which is pretty chill and a great place to hang out with friends and family.
5. The infinity pool.. dios mios! The pool overlooks the greenery of Sungai Pendas and at night you can see stars and city lights which is just breathtaking.
6. It is rightt next to Citrine Hub, which has Jaya Grocer, Mr. DIY, Starbucks and among others. Theres also an ATM. The fact that i can just walk down to Jaya Grocer in less than 5 mins to get groceries is incredibly convenient!
7. Its close to Singapore, its close to Putri Harbor
