★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty upset with the use of google map navigation this time. The map directed me to a construction site which is still inaccessible to the public. I have to make a few u turns before getting to the destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The growth of this area has been astounding over the past few years.
With Big Box opening, there is a lot of variety of shops for daily essentials. However Covid seems to have put a stop to this, hope this area will keep growing once covid passes.
One more thing: When will a bank & clinic open here?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have lived in the area for several years now and have had the privilege of watching it gradually expand. With a grocery store, a school, an amusement park, an activities center with Go-Karting, a driving range (soon to have paintball), and another the Big Box center. Several restaurants and tutoring centers are also within the area.
The main issue is accessibility as GRAB and Food Delivery services do not deliver as the cell service is quite poor. Highly recommended that you purchase a vehicle but if not SoCar vehicle services are also available in Sunway Citrine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is supposedly a new township following the Sunway pyramid model in Klang Valley. Sunway may have X-Park and Big Box but they are substandard and discerning customers wouldn’t go back. I used the X-Park for badminton and golf driving range. Sadly these facilities are poorly maintained:
1. The badminton court flooring is uneven and the floor cover had trapped bubbles or air. This creates an uneven floor which can be dangerous. The lighting is ineffective and the courts are not cleaned.
2. The golf driving range is dirty with dried mud and grass visible everywhere and especially dirty golf balls. The field was full of golf balls. This shows lack of supervision and maintenance. The food sold at the driving are expensive or poor value for money. Overall the place needs good cleaning.
3. Big box doesn’t have interesting shops. There are only few eateries and most are fast food chains. I don’t see how the existing shops can survive without popular and unique tenants.
4. There are nearby shops at 88 Boulevard. Sadly some have closed down. The current ones are less than a dozen with sign of live. The facade of the shops look good but again there are no interesting cafes, eateries or essential stores.
5. I also visited the Citrine Hub further down the road from the Big Box. The ground floor has several eateries and a grocery store. I went upstairs but my tour stopped at first floor. There are only a handful of shops mainly common eateries.
My biggest let down was the X-Park.
