★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security guards are big problem when u driving in and out everyday, especially when u in and out more than 2 times in a day and they will remember ur car and start behave impolite and unhappy(especially if they re watching TV) whenever seeing u. They unaware it's their job to stand up open the gate for resident who staying there and also it's wasting our time waiting them open the gate. It's not like we are playing them by keep asking them open the gate for us, or simply parking outside when forgot to take some items. It obvious tat most of the time outside are full of car and it's got some distance walking to the house from the gate and who will responsible if somethings happen to ur car and it's not like the guards will care if u temporary parking outside. And i got flat tyre in continue 3 days and i suspect the guards there as next of the week 1 of the guard joking "tyre tak ada angin" when open the gate for me. Totally not recommended to driver and rider who have to in and out everyday, only recommended to ppl who re walking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not all security guards are bad but still try don't rent or buy property there in order to reduce the security guards job pls. I am resident and riding motorcycle but get blocked and asked to have sticker while actually sticker only for car. Really piss off on them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained apartment of more than 20 years with low density. Very quiet and peaceful with well landscaped garden and birds chirping in the morning. Excellent accessibility to major highways likes LDP, NPE, Federal, and KESAS. Well served by surrounding facilities and conveniences in a quiet neighbourhood, that is just a highway apart from Sunway Pyramid.
