โ โ โ โ โ Great place only if you are a student studying in Sunway for a few years or so. Consider other places if you want to settle for good.
No matter how clean your unit , you will always find cockroaches hiding and coming out somewhere. Even on my BED has cockroaches and I barely ate food on my bed.
Management is so-so but sometimes unnecessarily bossy about our stuffs in the common area when no one in my unit complained or whatsoever cause rooms are too small to even place anymore big stuff inside.
Security is so-so as well, havenโt experienced the mannerless ones or maybe because I barely interact with them. Theyโre strict with visitors thatโs all I can say.
Overall, it is pricey and will still ask you to pay for rental fees even if youโre back to hometown/away for a long time. Unless you are rich, then itโs the right place for you.

โ โ โ โ โ The management here is terribly bad. Even through private owner thereโs many things you cant sort out with the management. Parking needs to pay, gym equipments are bad and many more.

โ โ โ โ โ I rented with luxe management for a year , the worst experience ever , I took the room in a bad condition because they didn't allow me to see my real room till I rented and signed the contract , it was dirty smelly and when I complained they put insecticides that did nothing to the cockroaches and ants , and when my contract finished with them , I cleaned the room , but the cut money for repainting , eventhough when I arrived it wasn't newly painted , and cut 3000 rm from the deposit money , they are theives, takecare people

โ โ โ โ โ I am an international student and the rent was done online , luxe management show me a perfect room which is supposed to be similar to mine , but when I reached I was really disappointed, very dirty apartment loads of ants and cocoroaches , even when they put insecticides , nothing improved . The room was in a bad condition, guys u can get a better room with the same price , so my advice to look for an apartment some where else

โ โ โ โ โ A very nice condo with lots of facilities until I realised itโs a cockroach infested condo. Image shown cockroach found and killed in 1 day.
Bathroom, washing machine, in your room etc. Traumatic experience. Better stay at cheaper place that is definitely not infested by cockroaches.
Slow lifts becomes lesser of an issue when you realised heater leakage is a common thing. Takes ages to get heater fixed (few weeks), once fixed leakage start again very soon due to low quality piping system used.
Avoid nadayu28 at all cost, not worth the money.

โ โ โ โ โ Very luxurious, good building, strict security, a bit expensive for small rooms. Nice facilities (gym, swimming pool, hangout place providing board games), beautiful view from unit.
