★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ONE WAY IN, ONE WAY OUT. Almost 900 units for only phase 1, phase 2&3 in the planning, that means in the future there will be 2-2.5k people cramped in there with a single road in and out. Don't get me wrong, the development is ok, but not a single reasonable & smart township planner would or should have approved this massive waste of land.
Phase 1 by the way is advertising currently lake view and/ or golf view, PHASE 2 will block this view in the near future, so instead of having a coffee on your balcony looking at a serene Environment, you will look into your neighbours living room.
Commercial & leasehold make it even more unpleasant to spend a premium price.
Long shutdown due to the pandemic will also impact the quality of build, plus the already grade D quality that is available here in Malaysia makes this high priced Condo even less interesting.
Sorry Sunway, but this development is a let-down before handover. Poor planning and shame on the authorities for such bad township planning (but obviously Sunway paid/ bribed them very well to change land title as well as approve this nonsense development).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunway seemed not to have learned anything from ICON CITY, this kind of high density ugly sky high developments don’t really match the area. Sunway Serene is overlooking Western digital and the free trade Zone, what’s serene about that???
The workmanship is really bad, I’ve been to the site and it seems the units are highly overpriced.
Also got to know from the developer that they will build another condo right next to it, that means another 4years of construction noise, dust, rubbish.
So the “lake park”, which is a concrete pathway around a retention pond will not be a pleasant walk until this second and maybe even a third construction phase is completed.
But that also means if you buy now, you will get the ugly industrial zone on one side, the LDP right at you balcony on the other, and in the future another Condo on the third.
I mean, thats just awful! But the worst is the entrance location to the whole area, it is one road which is NOW already packed during peak hours, how will this turn out once the condo with 800plus units is opened??? Plus future development, you need to fly in to avoid an hour of traffic just to enter the car park.
It’s also a leasehold I heard, and as usual smacked with facilities…we all know how this will all go down the drain once the JMB will take over…have a look for yourself, enjoy the highway noise at the facility deck and dust and dirt from the upcoming construction opposite the pool.
