★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Grand is a condo where you pay mid high price for a low end condition. One thing for sure, the management turns off 4 out of 6 lifts (3 one block) for no reason (I think they wanna save on electricity) after 12am. Such a kind thought to train our patience, have to wait the lift to go up to 24th floor and come down to B before going up to where we stay. Oh, good luck to the next resident.
How about gym, I mean faulty equipment everywhere. The Grand is not so grand after all

Pool on top with a good view altogether

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient place, safe units and surrounded by good eating places around. The noise of the freeway is something you have to accept and deal with, given proximity but the views are actually pretty nice ...unblocked and overlooking the big patch of green at the golf course and the lakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok let me tell everything clearly. I hope management see this and take these things seriously. People are renting here and paying money but the facilities are horrible. apartments are good with balcony view, but swimming pool is dirty. People throw gums, cigarettes', bones , carrots on the pool and no one there to clean. Cleaner should clean the pool everyday. If cleaner cant clean then put a artificial plastic roof to cover the pool that no one can throw anything on pool. The Glass doors that should be opened with card is always open and no need card to open. If you tell it to security they say that residents should close the door. But residents are not closing and in this case management should take strict action. if security door is always open then what is the benefit of keeping the door? They should Make the door so tight that whenever someone opens, it would automatically close down. No one cares. Another problem is couriers and deliveries. In other condos there are locker boxes for deliveries or parcel comes inside the condo . But here, there is no place to keep the courier.. There is a place but its not inside condo so if you tell your courier to put the parcel outside then anyone can take it. Even the outsider can take it. It is so sad. I was living in a condo where there are 3 security doors. i had to leave the condo because of my work place got shifted, i thought grand is charging good money so they are good in caring residents. But i am so wrong. I hope management would take some big steps to solve these issues. Please make sure if the residents can't come down to take parcel then at least guard should see the address and keep the parcel. Please try to clean the pool on time and please allow it only for fully vaccinated people. Please try to check every glass door of every floor and fix them. Residents should stop throwing rubbish on the pool. Be good. If management takes some serious steps then i will definitely change my review.
Why the grand is becoming hotel when it is a resident? Airbnb should be stopped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of this building is strategically by the side of LDP. So, if you travel daily to Puchong or PJ, this location could work for you . Plenty of food shops and banks around plus Giant Hypermarket is just next door! The security is good here although it seems very open to the public to freely walk about the entrance . Note there are shops at the ground floor of this building . You would need an access card specific to the floor that you are going to get it. If you ask the guard for help, the guard would check to verify with the owner prior to letting you up. Car park lots here maybe not the best..as you have to go up the ramp and round and round before reaching to your parking lot. Visitor's parking lots are at the basement.. but bit steep . So, I suggest you park at Giant Hypermarket and walk over . Facilities here include playground, gym and swimming pool . Building has 2 blocks - studio block and young adults/ family sizes in another.
