★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update - the installer did come to my place to fix the problem and apologise for the delay. Now the shoe cabinet is working flawlessly and I am satisfied, glad that they show up to rectify the issue.
Paid 50% deposit for a shoe cabinet then the installer came to install on 24 July but later I found the second and third row is difficult to open so I asked them to come fix for me.
Thought this is somewhat a reliable company therefore I paid the balance of even before they came to fix and after that they never even bothered to show up and fix the issue for me.
Finally promise to come on 14 September and I waited the whole morning just to be told that the guy is still in other states and cannot rush to my site before 1pm (condo rules on saturday).
I then ask whether can reschedule to another Saturday and they ask me is it only Saturday can do. So I gave in and tell them to let me know which weekday they can come and as usual they just never bothered to give me any update.
Regretted paying full payment, or probably this company simply don't care about those low value job of lesser than 2k
