★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been sending food items in plastic containers with double layer of bubble wrap. Really disappointed that my customers have been receiving broken containers. This is happening despite the fact that there is a FRAGILE sticker on the bag. I have to replace the items to my customers at my own cost of courier. This has happened 3 times already. I expected DHL staff to be more professional when handling parcels especially the ones with FRAGILE stickers. Now I am looking for another courier service company who hopefully will handle their business in a more professional manner.
Will DHL ecommerce bother to compensate me for this mess?
